The Waseca High School “Band-O-Rama” performance in the gymnasium on Monday, March 2, featured more than 180 students from grades 5-12 and included three different directors: Selma Kleinsmith, band teacher from Waseca Intermediate School, who led both fifth and sixth grades; Anders Peterson, director of both the seventh- and eighth-grade bands; and Devon Lawence directing both the Concert and Symphonic Bands.
The show filled the entire high school gym, featured 13 songs and lasted just under an hour with two performances including all bands combined for the first and last songs.

Each student pitched in once the show was over by carrying chairs and musical equipment back to the band or classrooms as parents found their vehicles outside or waited for their student to finish helping.
