Waseca Neighborhood Service Center receives grant

The Waseca Neighborhood Service Center received a grant for $3,000 to purchase food for the new food shelf during the Waseca Area Foundation’s annual awards program November 9, 2022. The food shelf is in the process of relocating to its recently finished new facility, located just west of the thrift store in Waseca. But, stocking a new building is expensive, so these funds will be used for purchasing food. “On behalf of the residents of Waseca County, families who come and get food on a regular basis, on behalf of those in need, thank you.” - WNSC Board.
